As a seasoned landscape designer and horticulturist, I stand in complete awe of God's creativity and amazing works of Art. I am completely humbled to be able to use the gifts God has blessed me with everyday in my career, as I love to share my ever growing knowledge of plants & horticulture with others. My journey began in a garden, and I will never be the same~
I grew up with my hands in the soil and a mom who had a true green thumb. She was amazing….everything she touched breathed life. I never realized how this would have such a profound effect on my life in my later years.
I have always had many interests. This left me chasing different career paths throughout college, but never fixating any one path. I was constantly searching for the one thing that was already so much a part of me… a love for nature. As I traveled, I experienced diverse cultures, lands, and people. These experiences opened my eyes to the power of nature, and how it balances the human soul.
After completing my degree in Arts, I moved to Southern California. I was instantly taken with the beauty of the land and immersed myself into the fields of landscape architecture, horticulture, and Arboriculture. The more I studied plants, the more I came to realize how similar hey are to us- living, breathing, growing, evolving…. all with a quiet elegance. My experience in the field has developed a passion to create outdoor living environments that invite people into the garden and back into nature, which I believe helps to balance our lives.
I dedicate my work to my son, Kai, who is just beginning to learn about the wonders of nature, and what secrets a garden can hold...
I dedicate my life to Jesus, whom without, I simply would not be.
