Groups @ Faith
Become A Leader
We are thrilled that you are considering leading a Group at Faith Community Church! We consider all of our Group Leaders an integral part of the ministry team working to fulfill our vision to follow well, love well and serve well.
As a Group Leader, you will engage with others who share your same passion/interest. All we are asking is that you allow Jesus to shine through all you do, creating a friendship that will be a comfort and support in tough times, as well as one that will share in the celebrations of life.
You will be assigned a Section Leader to walk alongside you, to resource, support and pray for you in your ministry. We look forward to welcoming you into the Groups@Faith family.
Here are the prerequisites for Group Leaders:
• Has worshiped regularly for at least 6 months at FCC
• Is giving financially at FCC
• Is serving at FCC or participating in a group
• Is growing in Jesus and relationship to others
• Desires to share his or her faith with people who do not yet know Jesus
• Attends an initial Leadership Training Session

Please review the Group Leadership Expectations before completing these forms. We also encourage you to stop by the Groups Table in the lobby under the plasma screen to meet our Groups Pastor or one of our Section Leaders to talk about your idea, ask questions or just hear more about Groups@Faith.
