Women Walking In Wisdom is a walking group that meets Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7:00 AM. We walk an easy 3.5 mile strip of beautiful Mission Bay. Meet us in the parking lot just south of the Information Center, the walk takes about one hour. We will share in conversation while we sweat, raise our heart rates and hopefully, gain health and wisdom!
