Welcome to Faith Community!
We are seeking to be an intentional multicultural community of all ages who desires to rise to a spiritual and simple challenge: to follow Jesus well, to love God and everyone well, and to serve God and everyone well... We are learning that genuine friendships built around community cultivate and encourage this life we have a passion to pursue. This weekend @ Faith!
This Weekend @ Faith Jesus: the Lord of Mercy: "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” A blind man cried out these words despite the fact that a crowd was repeatedly judging him, and trying to shut him up. Come and discover how to stay focused on receiving the mercy of Jesus Christ in the face of the condemning voices of others. This is part of our series, Jesus Then and Now.
Jesus is unique. Over the years His followers have confessed that:
He is greater than any ruler.
He is mightier than any warrior.
He is nobler than any king.
He is wiser than any sage.
He is bigger than any kingdom.
He is better than any crown.
His name is lovelier than any other name.
Throughout time His people have professed that He is worthy of worship and He is deserving of our praise. No wish could be higher; no desire more sincere; and no goal more rewarding. What better way to begin the year than to focus on the person, power, promise, and presence of Jesus as the Gospels revealed Him then and as He reveals Himself now.
